Polycrack technology harnesses the potential of Municipal waste to generate significant amounts of electricity. From 100 tons per day (tpd) of Municipal waste, it can produce a minimum of 100 megawatts (MW) of electricity. This clean and sustainable energy source can power homes, businesses, and communities, reducing reliance on fossil fuels and contributing to a greener future.

 Polycrack  technology is a groundbreaking innovation that revolutionizes the production of Green Hydrogen from waste materials. This technology can transform 100 tons per day (tpd) of municipal waste into 10 tons of Green Hydrogen, a low-carbon alternative to traditional Hydrogen.

Green Coal (Green Carbon) Creation

Another valuable output of Polycrack technology is Green Coal, also known as Green Carbon. From 100 tpd of Municipal waste, it can produce up to 40 tons of Green Coal with a calorific value of up to 9000. Green Coal is a sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional coal, as it emits significantly lower levels of pollutants and greenhouse gases during combustion. It can be used in power plants, industrial boilers, and other applications that require a high-energy fuel source.

Polycrack technology also has the ability to extract water from Municipal waste. From 100 tpd of waste, it can produce up to 10 tons of clean, usable water. This water can be utilized for various purposes, such as irrigation, industrial processes, and drinking water supply after appropriate treatment.

The Polycrack  machine's ability to produce natural gas from diverse feedstocks offers numerous advantages. Firstly, it provides an alternative source of natural gas, reducing reliance on traditional fossil fuel sources and contributing to energy diversification. Secondly, the utilization of plastic waste as a feedstock helps divert non-biodegradable materials from landfills and oceans, promoting a more sustainable approach to waste management.
